3.3 Building the Campaign Flow

Action Types

  • Send Email
Most common action; choose your email template and timing.
  • Send Sales Alert
Triggers an internal notification (e.g., to your SDR) when a lead meets a positive condition.

Timing

  • Enter a numeric value plus unit (e.g., 2 days, 120 seconds).
Internally converted to seconds, but you select units for readability.

Email Templates

  • Predefine templates under Campaigns → Content.
  • Include dynamic placeholders such as {{FirstName}}, {{Company}}, {{PersonalizationSnippet}}.

Conditional Branches

After each Send Email block, click Add Condition to configure follow-up logic:

  • If Open → next action or branch
  • If Click → next action or branch
  • If Positive Reply → next step
  • If Negative Reply → next step
  • If No Response in X Days → next step

For each condition, you can chain another Send Email or Send Sales Alert.
Branch names appear as gray tags under each action; hover to view details or click the pencil icon to edit.

Multiple Steps

  • Click + Add Step to insert additional action blocks beneath the existing sequence.
  • Ensure each new block is connected via a condition so the flow remains clear.

Validation (Save & Next)

Before advancing, the wizard checks that:

  1. Every action block has a valid email or alert selected.
  2. Each conditional branch is fully specified (e.g., “No response” must include the number of days).
