Q1: What file format is required for importing accounts?
A: The import uses a standard .csv. Download the provided “Accounts Template” to see required headers (AccountName, Domain, EmployeeSize, Country, Industry).
Q2: Can I edit account criteria (filters) after uploading?
A: Yes—under Step 1, you can adjust Employee Size, Country, or Industry filters anytime before saving. These filters only affect which accounts are considered for outreach; they do not modify existing rows.
Q3: What happens if the CSV has duplicate domains?
A: During validation, duplicate rows (by domain) are flagged. You’ll need to remove duplicates or choose which row to keep before saving.
Q4: Can I add accounts manually?
A: Not in this version. You must import a CSV. Manual addition is planned for a future release (Q3 2025).
