4.3 Campaign Flow Conditions
Q1: I set “If no response after 3 days” but my lead replied on day 2—will the next step still run?
A: No. The branch re-evaluates after each action; if a lead responds at any point, the system triggers the appropriate branch (e.g., “If response positive”). The “No response” condition only executes if none of the other conditions are met within the specified time period.
Q2: Can I send a different email for non-openers vs. clickers?
A: Yes. Under a Send Email action, click Add Condition, choose If mail not open or If clicked, then assign a separate email template for each scenario.
Q3: How do I pause or stop a live campaign?
A: Go to Campaigns → Campaign List View, find the live campaign, click Actions → Pause. Pausing stops any future sends; emails already in flight will still deliver.
Q4: Are there limits on follow-up conditions?
A: You can chain up to five conditional steps. Each step must include at least one condition (open, click, etc.) and a corresponding action. To exceed this, clone the campaign and extend its sequence.
