4.5 Launch & Troubleshooting

Q1: What if I accidentally launch with incorrect data?
A: Once launched, you can’t fully retract. However, you can Pause Campaign immediately in the Campaign List View to stop any future sends. You may then rename or clone the campaign for a fresh start.

Q2: How do I know if my campaign launched successfully?
A: After clicking Launch Campaign, you see a confirmation popup. Then, in the Campaign List View, the status should switch to Active and the lead counters update in real time. You can also verify the first batch of sends in your Mailgun logs.

Q3: What if my leads aren’t receiving emails?
A: Common reasons include:

  • Email Template Not Active: Ensure your template under Campaigns → Content is active and contains valid HTML/text.
  • SMTP/Mailgun Setup: Verify the AI Assistant’s SMTP/Mailgun API key in Settings → AI Assistants.
  • Invalid Lead Emails: Check for malformed addresses in your imported leads.
  • Paused Campaign: Confirm the campaign status is still Active.

Q4: Can I edit the launch date/time before launching?
A: Yes—in the confirmation popup you can adjust the start date/time with the picker. Once confirmed, scheduling is locked; to change it afterward, you must pause and clone the campaign.
