2.2 Editing / Creating a Campaign

When you click Create Campaign or Edit on an existing one (e.g., “Survey Email campaign 500+ emp”), the wizard opens and walks you through four sequential steps:


Step 1: Account Funnel

Fields:

  • Account Funnel Name (text)
    Unique name for this set of accounts.
  • Description (textarea)
    Brief summary of campaign purpose.
  • Import Accounts CSV
    Upload a .csv file with account records. (Download the “Accounts Template” if needed.)
  • Filters:
    • Employee Size (dropdown: 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, etc.)
    • Country (multiselect)
    • Industry (multiselect)
  • Buttons:
    • Cancel
    • Save & Next (disables “Next” until valid data is entered)
