4.2 Persona Management

Q1: How many personas can I create per campaign?
A: There’s no technical limit, but we recommend 3–5 personas to avoid complexity. Each persona should represent a distinct buyer profile.

Q2: What is “Enable Auto Recovery”?
A: If a lead in this persona’s branch becomes “disengaged” (no activity for X days), auto recovery will automatically re-enroll them in a follow-up sequence. Otherwise, they remain in the branch until manually reactivated.

Q3: Can I change a persona’s settings after Step 2?
A: Yes—click Edit on the persona row to modify fields like job function or country. After editing, click Save to update.

Q4: How do I delete a persona?
A: In Step 2, click the trash icon under Actions. The persona is removed from this campaign. Deleting a persona also discards any sequences tied to it; those leads revert to a draft state.
